Information about the clinic, the medical team, treatments, technology and prices, plus the option to send a booking request or a message.
Information about treatments is general and does not replace a consultation. The diagnosis, treatment plan and recommendations are set by the dentist after an examination.

3. Booking requests
The form sends a request, not a confirmed appointment. Reception will contact you to set the day and time. The appointment is confirmed only after this conversation.
You agree to give correct details so we can contact you. For urgent appointments or acute pain, call the clinic directly.
4. Prices and cost estimate
The prices shown come from the clinic's official list and are in Romanian lei (RON). We may update them; the price applied is the one in force on the date of treatment.
The calculator estimate is indicative and is not a binding offer. The treatment plan and final cost are set by the dentist at the consultation, according to your situation.
No payments are made and no distance contracts are concluded on this website.
5. The chat assistant
The CICI assistant answers general questions about the clinic, prices and opening hours. Its answers are not medical advice and may contain errors; reception or your dentist will confirm anything that matters.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, photos, logo and graphics of the website belong to the clinic or its partners and may not be copied without consent. The design and 3D models were created by INVENT EVOLUTION S.R.L. for Cosmident.
The quoted reviews come from the clinic's public Google profile and are shown in the original Romanian.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution
For any complaint, please write to us first at office@cosmident.ro; we reply as soon as possible.
As a patient or consumer, you can also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro), alternative dispute resolution entities (reclamatiisal.anpc.ro) and, for matters of medical ethics, the College of Dentists of Romania (Colegiul Medicilor Stomatologi din România).
Romanian law applies. Disputes are settled amicably or by the courts with jurisdiction under the law.
